What you will do

• Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering sessions with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
• Translate business rules and process flows into user stories, system diagrams, and wireframes.
• Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) between source and target systems.
• Create user documentation, work instructions, and project progress reports.
• Liaise with pharmacy, sales, marketing, and legal departments to ensure project alignment.
• Mentor and supervise junior business analysts while managing concurrent complex projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and testing methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Visio, Excel, and Project.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse disciplines.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or Patient Services experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience.
• Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology.
