What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AP workflow, including vendor onboarding, invoice intake, and approval routing.
• Prepare approved items for payment and coordinate execution with the finance team.
• Manage AR processes, including issuing invoices, monitoring aging, and following up on collections.
• Oversee the expense management workflow and corporate card reconciliation.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial data.
• Identify recurring bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AP/AR, bookkeeping, or accounting operations.
• Proven ability to thrive in a startup or high-ownership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and professional follow-through.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to secure approvals and receipts.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
• Comfort working with modern finance tooling, spreadsheets, and accounting systems.
