What you will do

• Lead the adoption of AI-driven design and debug workflows among key customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering workshops and best-practice guidance.
• Drive end-to-end physical design closure, including floorplanning, placement, CTS, and routing.
• Debug complex design issues and provide scalable solutions for full-chip SoC designs.
• Optimize PPA and turnaround time using both traditional and AI-assisted methodologies.
• Collaborate with AE, PE, and R&D teams to drive issue resolution and methodology evolution.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical foundation in PnR flows and static timing analysis (STA).
• Demonstrated experience with Innovus or comparable implementation tools.
• Proven experience in AI/ML, data-driven workflows, or digital backend design.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and interact with customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced nodes (≤7nm) and large-scale SoC implementation.
• Knowledge of timing signoff methodologies like MMMC, variation modeling, and extraction.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global tools such as Tempus, Quantus, Pegasus, or Genus.
• Prior experience in Application Engineering, CAD, or customer-facing roles.
