Salary: $136,880 - $205,000 per annum

What you will do
- Drive technical leadership from development through production to ensure robust, scalable productization.
- Serve as a primary technical stakeholder during NPI, guiding characterization, debug, and qualification efforts.
- Establish and defend test tier architecture across wafer sort, ATE, and SLT to balance coverage, quality, and cost.
- Lead ATE-to-SLT correlation efforts and drive structured escape analysis to improve yield and quality.
- Evaluate and scale emerging SLT technologies, including high-throughput parallelized test platforms.
- Represent Product Engineering in customer interactions and internal leadership forums to articulate status and risk.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or Master’s/PhD with 5+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
- Expertise in System Level Test (SLT) platforms, board design, and socket qualification.
- Deep understanding of test tier architecture (wafer sort, ATE, SLT) and ATE-to-SLT correlation.
- Hands-on experience with ATE for silicon characterization and debug (93K preferred).
- Strong foundation in applied statistics and data analytics tools like JMP or SiliconDash.
