What you will do

• Drive technical leadership from development through production to ensure robust, scalable productization.
• Serve as a primary technical stakeholder during NPI, guiding characterization, debug, and qualification efforts.
• Establish and defend test tier architecture across wafer sort, ATE, and SLT to balance coverage, quality, and cost.
• Lead ATE-to-SLT correlation efforts and drive structured escape analysis to improve yield and quality.
• Evaluate and scale emerging SLT technologies, including high-throughput parallelized test platforms.
• Represent Product Engineering in customer interactions and internal leadership forums to articulate status and risk.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or Master’s/PhD with 5+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
• Expertise in System Level Test (SLT) platforms, board design, and socket qualification.
• Deep understanding of test tier architecture (wafer sort, ATE, SLT) and ATE-to-SLT correlation.
• Hands-on experience with ATE for silicon characterization and debug (93K preferred).
• Strong foundation in applied statistics and data analytics tools like JMP or SiliconDash.
