Salary: $131,010 - $196,300 per annum

What you will do
- Develop and document software features for SDKs and deliver releases, sample code, and patches.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues including APIs, GUIs, and drivers for customers.
- Provide technical support for customer lab and field trials, offering insightful advice on product integration.
- Train customers on product architecture and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to demo functionalities.
- Develop technical collateral such as application notes, user guides, and white papers.
- Act as an external technical spokesperson and provide feedback to internal development teams for roadmap planning.
Requirements
- MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in C/C++ API and GUI development, along with Python/TCL scripting.
- Experience in both Windows and Linux development environments.
- Customer-facing experience is required.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of complex mixed-signal IC, SerDes, and high-speed interface protocols.
- Linux kernel development experience.
- Hardware/Lab experience.
- Pre-sale, marketing, or system architecture experience.
