What you will do

• Develop and document software features for SDKs and deliver releases, sample code, and patches.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues including APIs, GUIs, and drivers for customers.
• Provide technical support for customer lab and field trials, offering insightful advice on product integration.
• Train customers on product architecture and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to demo functionalities.
• Develop technical collateral such as application notes, user guides, and white papers.
• Act as an external technical spokesperson and provide feedback to internal development teams for roadmap planning.

Requirements

• MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in C/C++ API and GUI development, along with Python/TCL scripting.
• Experience in both Windows and Linux development environments.
• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of complex mixed-signal IC, SerDes, and high-speed interface protocols.
• Linux kernel development experience.
• Hardware/Lab experience.
• Pre-sale, marketing, or system architecture experience.
