What you will do

• Own the expert point of view and strategic roadmap for Cloud and Security learning solutions.
• Design comprehensive solution products, including frameworks, program management, and blended learning components.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive opportunity strategy, competitive plays, and strategic deal support.
• Systematically test and iterate solution designs using data, customer feedback, and learner outcomes.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and content teams to ensure continuous delivery of value.
• Monitor market trends to translate new enterprise skill needs into timely portfolio updates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical content development.
• Proven history of launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience working closely with enterprise sales to shape and close multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in the USA to fulfill role requirements.
