What you will do

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Product Analytics team, aligning with organizational goals.
• Lead the development and communication of a multi-horizon product roadmap and govern the product backlog.
• Drive the end-to-end requirements process from stakeholder discovery to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a technical partner to Engineering, contributing to architectural discussions and evaluating technical trade-offs for data solutions.
• Establish frameworks for measuring product success, defining KPIs, and using data to refine product experience.
• Mentor junior product owners, managers, and analysts to elevate the overall product discipline.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in a senior technical capacity.
• Deep technical expertise in software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure concepts.
• Expert-level proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies (CSPO certification is a plus).
• Strong command of SQL and experience with data analytics tools.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a technical discipline.
• Deep familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce.
• Experience working within SOC operations or managed detection and response environments.
