Salary: $130,900 – $272,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic negotiations and manage high-impact franchise deals including licensing, content collaborations, and brand integrations.
• Direct and develop a team of Business Development Managers, overseeing hiring, performance, and career growth.
• Translate franchise priorities into a multi-year deal roadmap in collaboration with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Own the end-to-end deal process, including pipeline management, approval governance, and cross-functional execution.
• Manage risk and brand stewardship by balancing commercial ambition with player trust and franchise integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience in business development, finance, consulting, or related areas.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to structure and execute complex commercial agreements involving licensing or strategic partnerships.
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving decisions in a matrixed organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Gaming industry experience with a publisher, platform, or developer.
