TL;DR

Journey Operations Manager (Adobe Journey Optimizer): Managing the operational execution of B2B marketing campaigns and the migration to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with an accent on campaign setup, audience targeting, and delivery coordination. Focus on owning the intake process, ensuring QA across journey builds, and maintaining deployment calendars within a complex multi-partner environment.

Location: Remote (U.S.). Candidates in TX, CA, IL, MN, and OH are preferred.

What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day campaigns in AJO, including setup, audience targeting, content associations, and deployment scheduling.
  • Own the intake process, covering briefing, capacity planning, and prioritization with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate QA across active journey builds focusing on logic, targeting, content rendering, and compliance.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact between technical partners, the client's marketing team, and GTX.
  • Maintain execution trackers, dashboards, and deployment calendars.
  • Support the migration of legacy-platform campaigns into Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, marketing automation execution, or program coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing automation platform (AJO/AEP preferred; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua also accepted).
  • Proven QA and deployment discipline in high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Teamwork.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Direct AJO campaign execution and journey management experience.
  • Familiarity with AEP audiences, segments, and activation.
  • Experience with B2B marketing platform migrations.
  • Background in MarTech consulting or agency delivery.
