What you will do
- Lead technical program delivery across 100+ accounts, authentication, and notifications experiences and backend services.
- Ensure platform high availability, resiliency, scalability, and performance in a cloud environment.
- Partner with development, platform, security, and global operations teams to operate an always-available accounts/auth/notifications ecosystem.
- Manage delivery schedules, timelines, and cross-team dependencies; keep communication transparent.
- Drive SRE and software development tenets including observability, capacity/elasticity, supportability, and automation.
- Conduct, document, and present root cause analysis for incidents to share insights across engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in an agile software development environment.
- 5+ years hands-on cloud experience integrating, developing, and managing applications.
- 5+ years experience in a highly visible, global and/or critical production software environment.
- Experience or exposure to container technologies and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS).
- Experience or exposure to observability tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Splunk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and collaborate across groups.

Salary: $78.59–$117.83 USD (hourly)
