Location: Must be based in the United States (Fully remote position).
Salary: $24.04 per hour.

What you will do
- Provide technical solutions and consulting to cinema operators using proprietary software.
- Remotely connect to customer systems to install software, configure settings, and troubleshoot hardware.
- Resolve technical issues including tablet configurations, printing, and IP conflicts.
- Consult with clients on best practices to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
- Document all investigation details and case resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to management and suggest product or process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States to fulfill the remote work requirement.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows, Office, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN).
- Ability to work a fixed schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight PT.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, engaging personality for user support.
- Technical background in a help desk or customer service environment.
- Relevant education or degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Prior experience with cinema software or point-of-sale systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Technical certifications.
