What you will do

• Lead the modernization and lifecycle management of mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Drive the transition from on-premises infrastructure to secure, scalable cloud solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, incident resolution, and routine maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers and Architects to design robust, cost-effective infrastructure.
• Monitor system health and implement cloud optimization strategies.
• Translate complex technical challenges into executive-ready strategic messaging.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of software maintenance methodologies and DevOps
• Proficiency in SQL database management, query optimization, and stored procedures
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Databricks, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Proficiency in automation tools like Python, Terraform, and Ansible
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPN)
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks
• Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) technology stacks
