Location: Barcelona, Spain; Berlin, Germany; or Istanbul, Turkey.

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to design and scope primary research methodologies aligned with business objectives.
- Independently execute qualitative and quantitative research projects, from player interviews to complex segmentation studies.
- Manage relationships with external research vendors and internal organizational partners.
- Build and maintain high-quality research panels to support ongoing research needs.
- Socialize research findings across the organization to drive improvements in live and new games.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a custom primary research function (client or vendor side).
- Demonstrated proficiency with a comprehensive range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience with survey tools such as Alchemer and Qualtrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building productive relationships.
- Fluent English is essential.
Nice to have
- Experience building and maintaining sample panels.
- Strong passion for games, especially mobile gaming.
- Proficiency in Turkish.
