What you will do

• Design and build internal AI-powered tools and systems to improve engineering productivity.
• Develop AI workflow infrastructure, including integrations between GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Create internal dashboards to track quality and progress of AI-assisted development.
• Implement MCP servers to expose organizational knowledge to AI coding agents.
• Own the full software lifecycle from design and implementation to cloud deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for backend, frontend, and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS or Azure) for deployment.
• Production experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework) and MCP.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, Knowledge Graphs, and vector databases.
• Experience building internal tooling for large engineering organizations.
