What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI Agents, MCP Servers, and function tooling using Python.
• Build innovative features for the Ask Sage platform to automate complex business tasks.
• Implement secure-by-default code patterns to ensure data privacy and system resilience.
• Develop custom multi-agent frameworks to automate complex workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing high-compliance environments.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Python software development.
• Must be a US resident with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
• At least 3-4 years of experience working with flagship LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI Agent Orchestration.
• Strong background in prompt engineering, context engineering, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and business process automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate, and embedding pipelines.
• Knowledge of government compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC 2.0, or NIST AI RMF.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with local LLM deployment and model fine-tuning via Hugging Face.
