What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture and system design of Cloud Audit Suite and new AI integrations via agents, APIs, and MCP connections.
• Drive the technical direction for LLM usage, MCP server construction, and scalable AI orchestration (routing, tool calling, guardrails).
• Lead multi-quarter initiatives across product engineering, UX design, infrastructure, and AI Labs partners.
• Design high-throughput, low-latency backend services using C#/.NET, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Mentor staff and senior engineers to raise the bar for system design and AI-native engineering practices.
• Establish SLOs and observability for AI systems handling millions of documents and thousands of concurrent interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada (Hybrid).
• 8-10+ years of experience in full-stack application development and architecture leadership for large-scale systems.
• Expertise in C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core), relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQLServer), and AWS.
• Proficiency with Python for AI/ML system development, including model integration and data pipelines.
• Strong background in distributed systems, actor model patterns (Orleans, Akka), and API contracts.
• Experience with modern frontend stacks including TypeScript and frameworks like React or Angular.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production applications.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search pipelines.
• Prior experience in domains where auditability and compliance are critical (fintech, tax, legal).
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Direct experience interacting and communicating with customers.
