What you will do

• Develop Go-based microservices and RESTful APIs to expand and support the CSPM platform.
• Own project delivery end-to-end, individually and with the team, as complexity increases.
• Ensure quality using engineering best practices: testing paradigms, peer code reviews, logging, monitoring, and resilient architecture patterns.
• Build event-driven workflows using Kafka and use Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or PostgreSQL for data storage.
• Provide on-call monitoring and operational/customer support for production services owned by the team.
• Improve architecture, models, user experience, performance, and stability through rapid prototyping and fast-paced iteration.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and work solely from U.S. soil.
• Experience programming in an object-oriented language with strong types; codebase uses Golang.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful API web services.
• Experience with cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: CloudFormation, Terraform, or Azure Templates.
• Hands-on experience deploying and using Docker containers in Kubernetes environments with Helm.

Nice to have

• Industry experience or certification related to CNAPP, CSPM, or Cloud Security.
• Observability experience (Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, PagerDuty).
• Production troubleshooting experience involving Postgres, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Experience with Elasticsearch for full-text search of logs and event data.
• Experience with Cassandra (CQL) and wide-column stores.
