What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the North America Seed Operations EHS team, managing 5-6 direct reports.
  • Develop and execute annual EHS strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to drive improvements in safety, containment, and motor vehicle performance.
  • Collaborate with global EHS networks to implement best practices and ensure consistent work processes.
  • Validate regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and oversee corrective action completion across sites.
  • Provide proactive leadership for EHS advocacy and community initiatives to sustain the company's license to operate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline required.
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and consultation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS work processes, facility operations, and regulatory standards.
