Salary: $84,000–$105,000 USD (Remote: US only)

What you will do
- Partner with Brand Marketing leadership to develop brand strategy, annual marketing plans, and campaign roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Translate strategic imperatives into program objectives, messaging frameworks, and execution plans; refine segmentation and channel strategy.
- Lead development and end-to-end execution of promotional content and marketing assets across digital and print (webinars, email campaigns, and core collateral).
- Own marketing execution for regional scientific meetings and select Tier 2 conferences, including conference-in-a-box readiness and on-site brand presence.
- Define and track KPIs, manage program budgets, analyze performance and field feedback, and communicate insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or product marketing (ideally in diagnostics, medical devices, biotech, or pharma).
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Results-oriented approach with emphasis on ROI and performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and core business tools; travel is required for key conferences and milestones.
Nice to have
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- BA/BS in life sciences, molecular biology, or clinical science.
- Experience with brand strategy, annual planning, or integrated campaign development.
- Exposure to competitive intelligence, analytics, and market research/insights.
