What you will do
- Develop and execute campaign plans and activation materials, including chapter toolkits and media (paid, PSA, and in-kind) for national drive periods.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives, revenue goals, and asset requirements.
- Translate campaign objectives into actionable recommendations for social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative resources to produce storytelling content, advertising, and PSAs.
- Manage partner deliverables across owned channels in coordination with Corporate Alliances.
- Analyze performance data and revenue results to conduct post-campaign evaluations and optimize future resources.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Must be based in the continental U.S.
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a non-profit setting.
- Experience in partnership marketing.
