What you will do

  • Develop and execute the North America segment marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive localized activation of campaigns through events, webinars, paid media, and account-based marketing.
  • Own regional marketing performance metrics, including pipeline sourced and influenced.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define reporting and insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop a team of segment marketers while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in regional marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven success in executing marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline in North America.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, and sales alignment.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6sense.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
