What you will do
- Develop and execute the North America segment marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Drive localized activation of campaigns through events, webinars, paid media, and account-based marketing.
- Own regional marketing performance metrics, including pipeline sourced and influenced.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to define reporting and insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and develop a team of segment marketers while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in regional marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
- Proven success in executing marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline in North America.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, and sales alignment.
- Proficiency with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6sense.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
