What you will do

• Support the launch of new features specifically for the UK market.
• Execute key operational processes to ensure the efficient running of the UK Bank's Treasury function.
• Monitor daily cash movements to support customer activity and investment portfolios.
• Oversee risk positions to ensure strict compliance with the defined risk appetite.
• Develop a deep understanding of operational processes using modern fintech and banking technology.
• Enhance reporting, procedures, and processes to optimize overall treasury operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a treasury role within a UK bank.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
• Impeccable attention to detail and experience in implementing new procedures and creating reports.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and implement prompt solutions to complex problems.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple treasury disciplines.
• Previous involvement in ILAAP or ICAAP.
• Modelling skills using SQL or Python.
