What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords while responding to technical assistance tickets.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, software licenses, and on-site asset management.
• Educate end-users on basic troubleshooting techniques and technology best practices.

Requirements

• Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification
• Security Clearance is required (interim level is acceptable)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and PCs.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• IT education is preferred.
