What you will do
- Design, execute, and continuously improve the corporate Software Asset Management program.
- Standardize discovered software data, publisher names, product names, versions, and software models.
- Manage software entitlements across procurement, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal.
- Track license rights, reconcile installations with entitlements, and determine the effective license position.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow modules and processes supporting software asset management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT asset management or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing software assets and implementing lifecycle management processes.
- Experience implementing and optimizing Software Asset Management processes in ServiceNow.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation certification and a four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills, including communication with C-level stakeholders.

- ServiceNow Fundamentals.
- Software Asset Management Professional Fundamentals.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management.
- ITIL 3 Expert certification.
