What you will do

• Define and execute access management strategies, policies, and standards across the global IAM ecosystem.
• Drive automation initiatives to transition manual access fulfillment to automated lifecycle management.
• Manage service delivery performance, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business needs.
• Lead cross-functional projects, including demand management, resource planning, and change management.
• Enforce compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX and GxP through periodic audits and KPI monitoring.
• Command and control major incidents impacting core IAM service lines.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of focused experience in Access Management (Authorization, Lifecycle Management, Auditing).
• Proven success in managing complex programs, including requirements definition, system testing, and integration.
• Strong track record of achieving customer success with business stakeholders outside of IT and Cyber domains.
• Demonstrated success in talent development and team management.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation and process improvement in an IAM context.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as SOX and GxP.
• 10+ years of broader cybersecurity experience.
