Salary: $155,000–$287,000 base pay, plus annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary business lead for new index-linked investment product launches.
• Manage client onboarding, implementation planning, and market introduction activities.
• Design and enhance launch frameworks, governance, and best practices to reduce execution risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Research, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Establish reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into launch pipelines and dependencies.
• Identify regulatory, operational, and geographic considerations early in the commercialization process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, asset management, or capital markets.
• Significant experience managing institutional client relationships and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large programs and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of investment products like ETFs, mutual funds, and structured products.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and executive presentation tools.
