Application Support Engineer

What you will do

• Support and troubleshoot test environments by unblocking batch processes and managing message queues.
• Execute SQL scripts to resolve data or environment-related issues.
• Maintain and optimize automated delivery pipelines using CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to diagnose application-level issues.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to support iterative delivery.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Mid-Level DevOps/Support Engineer.
• Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
• Fluency in English (B2 level).
• Proficiency in Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release.
• Basic knowledge of Java back-end development.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Porto or Lisbon.
