What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems with both short-term and long-term solutions.
• Write scripts to automate systems administration tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Install patches, fix vulnerabilities, and implement upgrade rollouts.
• Respond to escalated service desk and team requests.
• Provide 3rd line application support to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT-related fields.
• Eligibility for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows 10/11.
• Familiarity with ticket management tools like JIRA.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
