What you will do
- Ensure service continuity and uptime for infrastructure and corporate applications such as SAP and Sailpoint.
- Implement documented self-service workflows for endpoints using JAMF and Intune.
- Administer and support core productivity platforms, including Google Workspace and Slack.
- Automate system tasks and integrations using PowerShell and Azure Automation.
- Act as a primary contributor in resolving high-impact incidents and technical issues.
- Drive simplification and standardization of IT solutions aligned with security and compliance policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related STEM field.
- Deep technical expertise in Azure Cloud resources and Windows Active Directory.
- Experience in Windows and Linux system management and endpoint management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Terraform.
- Experience working in a DevOps environment with a background in system scripting or software development.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Porto office (Hybrid).
