What you will do

• Review and optimize end-to-end customer acquisition strategies across paid search, social, and emerging channels.
• Drive immediate improvements in conversion rates, CAC, CPA, ROAS, and lifetime value.
• Develop robust attribution, reporting, and experimentation frameworks to support commercial decision-making.
• Optimize the full customer journey from initial engagement through to activation.
• Partner with Product, CRM, and Analytics teams to align growth initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer to the permanent team.

Requirements

• Must be available for onsite work in London
• Proven experience in interim or transformation-focused marketing roles.
• Track record of scaling customer acquisition in fintech, consumer tech, or marketplace businesses.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Meta and Google Ads.
• Advanced analytical skills including attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and SQL.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic advisory with hands-on execution.
