What you will do
- Execute the social media content calendar across priority channels, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
- Write and adapt channel-specific copy for various audiences and formats while maintaining brand voice.
- Manage day-to-day publishing, monitoring, and maintaining overall publishing hygiene.
- Develop social-first assets and optimize content for maximum audience engagement.
- Coordinate employee advocacy and internal influencer activities, including content uploads and user support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and amplify marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in major social media platforms, formats, and industry best practices.
- Proven copywriting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience using social media management tools like Sprinklr or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or native platform reporting.
- Experience working in a regulated environment with brand, legal and compliance review processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience briefing designers or using basic creative tools to develop social assets.
