What you will do
- Collaborate with Blast to administer the R6 esports ecosystem agreement and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor budget processes and tools in coordination with Procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze and improve esports team processes and tools to streamline workflows and reduce pain points.
- Lead project management efforts for priority strategic esports projects.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of new project management tools across the department.
- Coordinate transversal projects, including the annual 100-pax R6 Marketing and Esports Summit.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operational and project management roles.
- Problem-solving mindset with a versatile skillset for both strategic and day-to-day tasks.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and diplomatic skills to manage change.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- English: Mandatory
