Senior Marketing Communications Manager (Medtech): Developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies for the Neuromodulation portfolio with an accent on therapy awareness, brand preference, and commercial growth. Focus on leading complex cross-functional campaigns, mentoring high-performing teams, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize customer engagement.

Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota (minimum 4 days/week)

Salary: $159,200 – $238,800 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with commercial priorities and product launches.
  • Lead global campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels targeting patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Translate complex clinical evidence and product innovation into compelling, compliant messaging.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, Medical Education, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.
  • Provide direct people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing talent.
  • Measure campaign performance using analytics to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program management.
  • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead within a matrixed global organization.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journey development, and digital marketing technologies.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing and patient engagement.
  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM and marketing automation.
