What you will do

• Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of AV media and the AV marketplace.
• Support day-to-day AV campaign management: from initial brief and planning to negotiating and buying space, daily monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign performance analysis.
• Manage AV media delivery and administration, including booking TV schedules, reporting, trafficking, tag delivery, live checks, and analyzing data and trends.
• Learn and use AV tools including Media Ocean, Caria, and TechEdge.
• Assist with billing/invoicing requirements and ensure compliance with Mindshare/WPP anti-bribery guidelines and SOX process/plan approval before campaigns go live.
• Manage client expectations and requests, and build strong relationships with media owners and relevant external agencies.

Requirements

• Numeracy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and build relationships with media owners and clients.
• Strong literacy with effective written and phone communication.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude, with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Ability to support AV campaign delivery across TV, Video, Radio, and Cinema.
