TL;DR

Business Developer (B2B2C): Driving new business and expanding distribution networks for digital content platforms with an accent on strategic partnerships across telecommunications, banking, and retail sectors. Focus on owning the full sales cycle, negotiating complex enterprise agreements, and building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.

Location: Must be based in London or have authorization to work in the UK. Role is Hybrid with 2 days remote per week.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage strategic partners across target verticals like Telecom, Banking, and Travel.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract signature.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Create compelling partnership proposals demonstrating the value of hirify.global Premium.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to structure agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing complex commercial agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Experience in B2B2C partnerships within sectors like Telecom, Insurance, or Digital Services.
  • Strong ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and C-level negotiations.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Must have authorization to work in London.
