TL;DR
SAP SD Support Specialist (SAP/ABAP): Resolving SAP SD support cases and optimizing the e-commerce platform My with an accent on ABAP performance and system integration. Focus on debugging complex programs, managing data migrations, and ensuring seamless communication between SAP and external systems.
Location: Hybrid (3 days every 2 weeks) in Barcelona (Terrassa) or Sils, Spain

What you will do
- Analyze and optimize the performance of ABAP programs and processes to improve response times and resource utilization.
- Develop and configure integration solutions using RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and Web Services to connect SAP with external systems.
- Execute data migration scripts and programs to transfer data between SAP and non-SAP environments while ensuring integrity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ABAP development and system integrations.
- Document technical designs and specifications and share best practices with stakeholders.
- Stay current with latest SAP technologies and development methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD modules, including pricing, order management, and delivery.
- Strong ABAP programming skills and understanding of SAP data dictionary objects.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Spain.
- Experience debugging and performance tuning ABAP programs.
Nice to have
- SAP certification in SD or ABAP modules.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customers, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, or Adobe AEM.
