Product Line Purchasing Manager (Automotive)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Salary: €3000–€3500 per month

hirify.global designs and manufactures automotive technologies and systems for commercial vehicle, automotive, off-highway, and agricultural vehicle manufacturers, with a focus on safety, vehicle intelligence, fuel efficiency, and emissions.

What you will do

• Lead procurement activities for product programs, including new product introductions, product launches, and lifecycle support.
• Drive material cost reduction initiatives and BOM cost improvements to support profitability targets.
• Manage PPAP readiness, capacity planning, risk mitigation, sourcing execution, and procurement deliverables.
• Develop product line procurement roadmaps, commodity strategies, sourcing initiatives, and VA/VE projects.
• Track new parts, maintain project data, and report program status, procurement performance, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate procurement activities with Product Line, Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, and Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in new product launches, material cost reduction, supplier negotiations, and supplier development.
• Experience supporting cross-functional program launches and procurement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience working in a global organization and with international stakeholders is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and tools, including IATF 16949 and related quality methodologies.
