What you will do
- Provide onsite IT support for senior executives, board meetings, and high-profile events.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage and configure high-end AV equipment, video conferencing solutions, and digital displays.
- Ensure secure remote access for VIPs using VPNs, MDM, and enterprise security protocols.
- Maintain inventory of VIP devices and coordinate timely upgrades or replacements.
- Document and manage incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or workplace technology in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, VPNs, and enterprise security practices.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or high-profile clients.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Apple ACSP, or CompTIA A+.
