What you will do
- Design and maintain core pricing lifecycle primitives with a focus on extensibility and ease of use.
- Evolve the product data model to balance complexity and clarity.
- Scale real-time ingestion and query systems for large, high-performance deployments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (PM, design, sales, customer success) to shape strategy and deliver value.
- Learn from and contribute to a highly skilled team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Enthusiasm for working on a broad range of technical challenges across the stack.
- Attention to detail in designing a product with deep user empathy (in visual UX, API design, and everything in between).
- Excited to engage directly with customers to shape the hirify.global product.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate to the Bay Area (with support from hirify.global).
Nice to have
- Experience with Python.
- Familiarity with Typescript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Apache Druid, and Clickhouse datastores.
- Experience with Kafka and Spark Streaming platforms.
- Proficiency with AWS cloud platform.
