What you will do

• Design and maintain corporate governance frameworks, including board and committee structures.
• Coordinate the maintenance of key corporate documents, such as bylaws, policies, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare agendas and resolutions for board, committee, and stockholder meetings.
• Serve as a primary liaison with the Farm Credit Administration regarding governance and compliance.
• Provide guidance and resources to Boards of Directors to ensure fulfillment of fiduciary duties.
• Oversee annual board assessments and director onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Omaha, NE office on a hybrid basis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Paralegal, or Corporate Governance.
• 2+ years of experience in Legal, Corporate Governance, or Stockholder Relations.
• Ability to travel for work approximately 10% of the time.
