Focus on bridging the gap between client requirements and technical implementation to ensure successful platform deployment and scalability.

What you will do

  • Scope custom technical and consulting projects for strategic accounts.
  • Design and implement technical solutions, including API integrations and 3rd party app configurations.
  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle from sales turnover to handover.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and create new services for the Professional Service catalog.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical partnerships, integrations, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations.
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience scoping projects and designing technical solutions for SaaS platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
