What you will do

• Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing team of 15 designers.
• Drive design strategy across the core product suite and proactive AI agents.
• Lead by example, elevating product quality through hands-on design execution and feedback.
• Define how humans and AI agents interact within complex workflows.
• Act as the voice of the customer in leadership discussions to reduce complexity.
• Maintain high design standards while ensuring pods continue to ship fast.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing senior, independent IC designers.
• Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics.
• Experience creating structure within a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
• Demonstrable experience shipping AI-native experiences and using AI tools in practice.
• Portfolio showcasing both systems-level thinking and pixel-level craft.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for both technical and non-technical users.
• Background in Analytics, Experimentation, or Developer tools.
