What you will do

• Define and drive the design vision and experience standards across the product portfolio.
• Lead the completion and governance of the internal design system, including components, interaction patterns, and documentation.
• Review and elevate design work across product teams, acting as the final arbiter of design quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering leads to ensure design intent is preserved through delivery.
• Shape complex enterprise workflows such as AI agent configuration, conversation flow design, and voice pipeline management.
• Establish a design review model that maintains quality while enabling teams to move quickly.

Requirements

• Experience leading design across complex SaaS products or multi-product platforms.
• Strong individual contributor skills, leading through craft, clarity, and judgment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive toward clear and consistent outcomes.
• Confidence in articulating design decisions to engineers, product managers, and executives.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Germany.
