Principal Technical Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own design quality across the enterprise AI platform.
• Build, scale, and govern a design system that enables product teams to work consistently.
• Design complex AI tooling for agent configuration, conversation design, voice pipelines, evaluation, tracing, and real-time orchestration.
• Set design standards and maintain a coherent experience across the product without participating in every decision.
• Work independently as a strong individual contributor and collaborate with product management.

Requirements

• Senior or principal-level product design experience across complex SaaS or multi-product platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI tooling for building, configuring, or operating AI systems.
• Technical, builder-oriented background with experience coding or building agents.
• Strong individual-contributor skills, design judgment, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for AI and strong opinions on how AI tooling should look and feel.
