Compensation: $250,000 – $344,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own and execute the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture.
- Set and uphold the creative vision across marketing sites, events, social, and product touchpoints.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a founding team of senior brand designers.
- Build brand as a system, including guidelines, asset libraries, and marketing design systems.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering leadership on major launches and company milestones.
- Establish processes to maintain high-quality creative output at high velocity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director in technical or SaaS categories.
- Proven track record of managing and developing creative talent.
- Strong strategic range with a portfolio demonstrating sharp brand thinking.
- Exceptional craft and taste in visual execution across digital and identity systems.
- Deep understanding of design systems and brand-as-system methodology.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (new visa sponsorship generally not available).

- Experience evolving a brand from developer-first to enterprise-ready.
- Point of view on AI-native product design and brand interaction with agents.
- Experience leading creative for large-scale events and conferences.
- Design-engineering literacy or comfort with prototyping and motion.
