What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees across hardlines and softlines product categories.
  • Support the Regional Licensing Manager in negotiating business terms and contracts.
  • Coordinate product approvals and ensure timely project execution by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Identify key retail partners and assist in pitching to secure shelf space for consumer products.
  • Compile monthly reports on unit sales, product development, and licensing updates.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to represent the brand and support retail activations.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
  • Two to four years of professional experience in licensing, retail, or consumer products.
  • Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across diverse work groups.
  • Strategic mindset with a proven track record of success in business development.
