What you will do

• Define and operationalise localisation strategies for newly acquired products like Affinity and Flourish.
• Align product workflows with global standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Partner with engineering teams to address technical requirements for diverse content types.
• Map user experience expectations into a localisation strategy tailored for Pro users.
• Curate and maintain high-quality datasets to benchmark AI and machine translation performance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in localisation, including AI-driven approaches like RAG, COMET, and BLEU.
• Proven experience delivering complex programmes across multiple products and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of LOTE user needs and experience in SaaS localisation environments.
• Ability to translate ambiguous, complex problems into clear documentation and visual communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic web development concepts.
