What you will do

• Lead the Technical Services team for the Americas, managing project staffing, workload, and resource allocation.
• Oversee customer-facing delivery, including discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and go-live support.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
• Drive operational excellence by defining and documenting process improvements and delivery standards.
• Manage direct reports through goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous professional coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve feature readiness and delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical services, professional services, or solutions consulting.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical or delivery teams.
• Strong background in SaaS commerce, martech, or enterprise search platforms.
• Proven track record of managing resource allocation and solution estimates for concurrent engagements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and proactive escalation.
