Salary: $90,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Support MEP operations across studio facilities and production environments to ensure reliable infrastructure.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor MEP services, repairs, and installations to ensure they meet technical specifications and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the asset management team to maintain accurate equipment inventory and lifecycle tracking.
• Partner with the Contracts Manager to support vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and budget tracking.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges, including after-hours equipment failures and system incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing union personnel.
• 2+ years of experience in work planning, analysis, and cost-effective business practices.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site at the hirify.global studio lot in Universal City, CA.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, and building automation.
• Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems and energy management tools like Tridium.
• Professional designations such as BOMA or LEED.
• Experience operating in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
