What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of major strategic product initiatives from market discovery and strategy to global launch.
• Define and document innovative experience patterns and agentic flows to standardize how merchants interact with the platform.
• Implement practical AI and automation opportunities to evolve the platform into the agentic era.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to champion a UX-first culture and raise the overall quality bar.
• Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps, balancing innovation with technical feasibility.
• Act as a center of excellence for other product teams to ensure a native and consistent ecosystem experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Hands-on experience building with AI, including agents, LLM-powered features, and workflow automation.
• Strong product sense and analytical skills for framing problems and defining success metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and ability to lead complex initiatives independently.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud, risk, payments, identity, ecommerce, or analytics.
• Background in UX systems, design systems, or UI component libraries.
• Prior experience working with multi-product platforms where consistency and scale are critical.
