What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Natural Intelligence and Autonomous Finance products, aligning with leadership priorities.
• Translate complex finance domain problems into high-fidelity specifications for engineering and AI systems.
• Design NLQ capabilities and reusable platform infrastructure, including agent registries and governance models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the CFO office, FP&A, and ML Platform teams to prioritize and manage expectations.
• Define and track product success metrics based on real operational outcomes.
• Utilize data analytics and experimentation to optimize agent accuracy and user adoption patterns.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI-native products in production (not prototypes).
• Demonstrated experience in finance or fintech platforms, with knowledge of ERP systems, reconciliation, and forecasting.
• Solid technical understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with spec-driven product development and writing unambiguous specifications.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complexity for leadership and engineering teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity within a zero-to-one product environment.
